Employees are extremely rude and extremely prejudicial at most stores especially at Rancho Santa Margarita store. I tried to return an item I bought a few days earlier and I had my receipt and package unopened. I had paid with cash and was told I could not get cash back on my return only store credit. The employees wrote on my receipt that it had been returned, therefore I had a hard time returning it at another store. One of the employees named Jill said she was the manager and there was no one else I could talk to you. However she was not a manager at all in the other employee Zoe continued to yell and call me names. I would give this store a lower rating however 1 star is the lowest I can give it. All of this is based on how I look because I've experienced this before at other stores because I have tattoos so beware if you have tattoos you are problems at this PetSmart

Good for basics but often prices are higher for toys, beds, etc. than Target. Wide variety of food but customer still needs to know what's best for their pet(s).
