  Jesse is pretty awesome, but there is another guy there, Middle Eastern, that is unhelpful and gave misinformation. He tried to convince me that a Nissan Rogue is full size SUV. It's a 5 person car. We have a Traverse, a 7 person SUV, and he kept trying to downgrade us to a smaller vehicle.
  
  We had the Rogue for a day until we could exchange for a larger vehicle, which when I called he said was not there, but really was.
